Muncaster Castle's 2009 Festival of Fools International Jester Tournament was featured on BBC's Blue Peter on Tuesday 9th June!  Blue Peter Presenters Helen Skelton and Joel Defries battled it out with 6 other Jesters from around the world. Although jester Will Tease from Hebden Bridge won the title "Fool of Muncaster 2009" the judges thought that Helen just pipped Joel in showing off their Tomfoolery skills to the crowds. She is now the official Blue Peter Honorary Fool of Muncaster. If you missed it you can watch it again on BBC i-Player until the 16th June.   The Festival of Fools was sponsored by Jennings Cumberland Ale and West Cumbria Vision - many thanks to them for helping it all happen.
